

Battle @ Dungeon

Battle @ Dungeon is a fitness challenge organised in conjunction with the first anniversary of the opening of Dungeon Performance gym and the Wyse Active Hub.

The event is a buddy challenge (i.e. 2 members to a team) comprising 10 stations.

The basic format is 2 minutes work, 1 minute rest.

There are 3 categories: Men's Doubles (MD), Women's Doubles (WD) and Mixed Doubles (XD).

All teams will complete the stations in the same sequence indicated, so Station #1, followed by Station #2, Station #3 and so on.

Each team will have to strategise to decide which member gets to do which station.

There is no restriction on the number of stations any one member can do. So for example, the first member could do 7 stations while the second member does 3 stations (or any other permutation, up to 10-0).

There will be prizes for the winning team from each category.

All participants will receive a goodie bag and an exclusive event tee.
